Resolved: Lexicomp Login Issues

Update: Lexicomp login issues have been resolved. The resource can be reached by going to the Library homepage and clicking ‘Databases’ under the Collections tab. You can enter your network user ID and password for access.

Lexicomp is currently having login issues as of 2/14/2020. To use Lexicomp, email library@pcom.edu to receive a temporary username and password. Thank you for your patience.

Resolved: REDCap Downtime

Update: REDCap is now available. If the site is still displaying an error message, hold the Shift while reloading to clear the cache. You may have to request a password reset if you are unable to log in.

PCOM REDCap is currently unavailable due to emergency maintenance as of 4:30PM, February 4. We are working to resolve the issue.

RefWorks Downtime

Please be aware that RefWorks and associated features will be unavailable for a short period of time on February  8, 2020.

Down Time for: Legacy RefWorks, RefWorks, RefWorks Citation Manager, and Write-n-Cite

When: Starting 10PM Saturday February 8, 2020 for up to 12 hours

On Saturday, August 18, 2018, ProQuest will be performing system maintenance.

Proquest Ebook Central maintenance is scheduled to begin at 12 p.m and will last for 5 hours.

Refworks and Digital Dissertations maintenance is scheduled to begin at 10 p.m and will last for 8 hours.
