Redcap is currently experiencing issues sending emails. What does this mean for you?
- If you have scheduled surveys to go out to emails, not all of your messages may go through. Depending on your survey needs, you can still mass email anonymous survey links or manually send the unique survey links using your PCOM email address. Please contact us at redcap@pcom.edu for more information.
- If you need a password reset, Redcap resets passwords through emails sent directly to the user’s email address. You may not receive the password reset emails; you cannot reset your password until the issue is resolved.
- If your account is expiring, you may not receive a warning. Redcap is automatically set up to inform users via email that their account is expiring. These emails may not go through. Students’ accounts expire one year after activation. If you are a student and cannot access your account, please email us at redcap@pcom.edu.
